 Chris was the only player to have all 7 of his picks make the
cut and those 7 golfers scrapped up enough winnings for him to
capture his first victory of the year by $26,107 over Dan. It
was Chris' 3rd cash of the year. Dan had the 2nd best number of
cut-makers this week, six. Randy had a lot of red in his picks,
but managed enough cash to finish 3rd and missed 2nd by only
$2,448. Mike M. finished a distant, by this week's standards,
4th.The winnings this week were so low that none of the 15 positions in the Season race changed. Shelly, Hugh, Steve and Brian are still 1, 2, 3, 4, in that order. The difference between those 4 is down to less than $650k. The rest of us are over $1.1 million behind 4th place so, baring a brilliant unique pick, those 4 will be battling for the Spring Season money next week. The next tournament in about 10 days is the final event of the Season and the biggest purse of the year, the Players Championship at the TPC of Sawgrass, or whatever that gator farm is called. The "T.M.C." title will also be on the line. This will be the 2nd Pete Dye course in a row we'll be playing. I'm glad I only have to pick golfers that play his courses and not play those rotten, waste of good swamp lands myself. Get those picks in on time. Later,
