 Three players had both winner Rickie Fowler and playoff loser
Rory McIlroy, and as one might expect they finished 1-2-3. Mike
M. was the only one of the three to also have 4th place Webb
Simpson and became the 8th different winner in 8 tournaments
this year. Mike lead after all 4 days and won by $54,535 over
Randy. Randy squeaked by 3rd place Dan by $19,402, thanks to
Ken Duke outplaying Hunter Mahan. Dave A. finished a distant
4th. Randy won the Spring "Tiger May Care" pool by a lot. I jumped up from 4th last week to end up in 2nd place. Mike M. made a meteoric rise from 13th to 3rd, and missed 2nd place by only $4,224. Steve finished on the bubble, missing the money by just under $152k. Randy took over the Season race lead and leads me by just over $667k. Bill and Elise remained 3rd and 4th, respectively. One tournament left and this one is coming down to the wire... the difference between 2nd and 8th is about $651k and 3rd and 8th are separated by only $249k. It's going to be a hell of a battle. The next event in about 10 days will be the final Spring Season tournament, The HP Byron Nelson Championship. The field will probably be mediocre, but that won't matter 'cause the shit will be on the line. Pick'em bold, pick'em smart, young golf poolers. Get those picks in on time. Later,
