 The organized picks and standings for
this week's tournament are on the site. We chose 29 golfers.
D.J. is the favorite, picked 13 times. Spieth and Fowler tied
for runner-up most popular, on 12 teams each. Matsuyama and
Koepka show up 9 times each. Rahm and McIlroy were chosen 7
times each. Scott and Casey got the nod 5 times each. Kuchar,
Chappell, Rose and Garcia are the treys. Deuces include Day,
Pieters, Grace, Cabrera Bello and the Bubba.The uniques total 11. Chris, Bill and Mike D. have 2 each. Dan, Dave, Joe, Jordie and Brian T. have one each. The other half of the pool will get no Cavalier play from a unique. Brian G. and I have the same 7 golfers. This set of picks is pretty much old school golf pooling. Three clear favorites, a few mid-range favorites, then 20 of the 29 are uniques, deuces or treys... always makes for an interesting tourney. The weather is suppose to cooperate for the weekend and the favorites don't seem to know whether they want to play well or not. With all that it's just gotta be a good one... Let's get it on! Later,
