 The top 4 pool finishers all had winner Justin Thomas, but
Dave was the only one of those 4 players to have 4 top 10
golfers and found "Glory's Last Shot" this week, winning by
$322,600 over Dan. It was Dave's 2nd win in a row and he became
the first player to double digit career majors. It was also his
record 32nd career win. Dan had only 2 top 10's but 4 top 20's
and all 7 golfers making the cut (as did Dave). He also cashed
in all 3 Summer Season majors. Oliver was 3rd, $86,967 behind
Dan. He had 3 top 10's but no one else in the top 30 and only 6
cut-makers. The only other Thomas picker, Randy, finished on
the money bubble, $47,133 behind Oliver.Lots of movement in the Summer Season standings. Randy moved up from 7th place to take the lead. He's $18,119 ahead of Brian G., who fell to 2nd from the top spot. Oliver came up from 8th to 3rd and trails Brian by $12,939. Dave went from 12th to 4th and is $498,054 out of the last payout spot. Less than $780k separates 1st from 7th and 1st and 10th places are under $1.4 million apart. Two tournaments left and this race is still wide open. Brian T. still leads the Year-Long standings by just over $2 million. Mike M. remained in 2nd. Randy moved up from 6th to take over 3rd and trails Mike by about $289k. Brian G. fell one spot to 4th and is just under $95k behind Randy. We will rest up for a week then finish the year with the first two Fed-Ex Cup tournaments back-to-back. In about 8 days we will pool it up in Old Westbury, NY at The Glen Oaks Club for The Northern Trust Championship. This tournament was previously known as The Barclays Championship and I heard the Barclay family is pissed off they are no longer invited. Jerrod has had the lawsuits going all year, Nick has his black gloves on and is ready to kick some ass and a few golfers are thinking about boycotting because Audra won't be there. Only Mrs. Barclay will be able to keep the peace. Get those picks in on time. Later,
